The company was set up by Deborah Burdett in 2005; it grew as she identified that significant factors missing in business strategy are communication skills and the focus on creating clear, well formed outcomes for actions.
Deborah became interested in the use of Neuro Linguistic Programming in sales and qualified as an NLP Practitioner and later as a Master Practitioner.
